    I'm now going to raise my goal to 150, that figure was in my mind from the start of the month but I wanted to get to my "official" target first. I think it will be nearer 160 actually if I do the runs I've got planned, but I don't want to feel like I have to run the extra 10 if I don't want to just to meet an increased target.
