2.02 miles today which included a 1.4 miles run in 17 minutes - not too shabby. I hurt my back last week I guess doing water aerobics? How dumb, it's low impact and that's where I get hurt. So doing lots of stretching and only running when I feel ok. Today the run was alright but afterwards was not so hot.
Tomorrow is my first day since last Thursday where I don't have to run back and forth all day. Going to try to do a long walk tomorrow AM to make up some of the miles I am missing!
