Angie and I did the Starbucks route this morning. I should get in some treadmill miles later. Reached and passed my GOAL! I weighed in at 184 this morning. Happy guy!

2.33 miles total this morning. Added .20 of a mile onto my run to make it 1.2 miles. Sunday I will try for 1.4-1.5 and see how it goes!

1.5 miles on the elliptical this morning and 1.8 miles walking this evening.

Great work ladies!

ENNAY I remember those 19 mile days from my marathon training...no fun!

Well I did 4 miles on the treadmill while watching football ~ Angie was at a clothes party for our sister in law.

Record 42 minutes on the elliptical for me today! 2 MILES!

Great Job ALIE on your personal record!

Angie and I are going to second services at church this morning. We have a yearly BBQ and Rememberance Day with firemen and police. Sad we have to "remember" the day but happy that we "still" can!

We took the dogs for a walk...bypassed Starbucks today....3.25 miles

1.53 mile walk on the treadmill. WIll most likely do more tonight so long as I feel okay. Looking forward to my run tomorrow!

Woohoo! Took my run outside, so I'll measure it as a conservative 3 miles... and it was AWESOME! I could have kept going and going... of course, I'd have passed my house...

Yippee! It stopped raining and I was able to get out and do a 2 mile walk.
