I keep track on a white board and from the 10th to the 10th I got in 18 workouts. I put in 29 miles walking and lifted weights almost every other day. For me, thats 3 sets of 10 for four different exercises. I have increased the weight I am lifting. I have worked up to 40 situps, too. I am proud that I've kept at it! but you folks are ...wow!
