Hey can I just brag that I was down 2.5 pounds at my Monday morning weigh-in! I was so surprised! The exercise is definitely paying off because that is a lot for me in one week. I am still doing Weight Watchers Flex Plan along with the exercise. How is everyone else doing at the scale?

jcatron243 11-14-2006 01:28 PM

I'm slacking today. I woke up with great intentions but the later it got the worse I have felt. My knee hurts, my head and sinuses hurt. Man oh man. I only got in 20 minutes today.

Hey guys, I'm late joining in on this challenge but I've made a goal. Something I haven't done in forever. & It'll be for November 30.

GOAL: Walk 30 miles & do weights 45 minutes a week.

I'll start later today. :)

jcatron243 11-15-2006 12:21 PM

Hi Elyn! That is a great goal!!!

Thanks sugar my knee still hurts but I feel better all around. I am going to do a slow and steady workout today, I just hope I can go for more than 20 minutes!

shelliebellie 11-15-2006 03:11 PM

You know Jeni, if you can't walk for more than 20 min. you can always grab a couple of heavy cans and use those for a decent arm work out! It will still put more time on your ticker and you won't be hurting your knee as badly.

sugarbaby269 11-15-2006 04:56 PM

100 minutes of walking/jogging and gym today.... don't know if I can do as much tomorrow as my heels are crying out for mercy. :D

shelliebellie 11-15-2006 05:48 PM

Worked out for 1/2 hr. this morning, and it really pumped me up for my "real" workout tonight! I've been really bad about working out this week, but today, I will change :)

Elynlovesyou 11-15-2006 08:23 PM

2.5 miles!
