153 minutes to go!!! Oh my Gosh never thought I could do it, but did!! I have been soo exausted lately not feeling like doing much of anything, but once I get there I feel better. Must be a stage....I have to get through it!!!

Ok I pretty much sucked on the exercise front this week! Today I am finally back on track after a very long ten days with my family. Ten days.... ten whole days with my family who eats fried, processed, refined flour, cheesy, carbo-loaded, high-fat food every single meal. I dealt with pizza, lasagna, fried chicken, french fries, tacos, ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, wine bottles, and multiple restaurants. I even had to face two Thanksgiving meals in one day and the leftovers to follow. I stayed on my Weight Watchers program and got in a bit of exercising for the most part. What a challenging, frustrating week its been! But get this...
I lost two pounds since Monday!! Well to be honest I didn't escape temptation... just managed it. I actually ate some of everything I listed! Just small amounts and counted calories and portions and tracked all week. Admitedly, I went over on a few days but I guess the calories in versus calories burned math came out in my favor!

Wow, that is so amazing Sojourner! I am quite impressed. With me, if I would eat even 1 bad thing, I got into that "well, now I screwed up the whole day" mentality, and ended up doing even WORSE!!! You should be super proud of yourself. You are doing so great!

I have had a rough week exercise and diet wise; but I am not giving up. I will get my challenge completed and I am going back to basics.
Water, Exercise, Eats, Daily Goals It snowed here (which is odd because I live on the WA coast. ) and it is only NOV!! so I went out and played with the kiddos which was so much fun! The bad thing is it is pure Ice today on the roadways. Department of Transportation is telling everyone If you don't have to drive, dont. A girl that I work with tried to come in last night. After 15 minutes she moved a car lenghth after 1 hour she drove .75 of a mile (she lives 5 miles from work). At the end of that 1 hour her car overheated. I told her she should have stayed home in the first place. We managed without her. Tonight I am hoping my Babysitter can make it. |
Oooo, I am so jealous of all you who have snow! Grrr!
As for this challenge, with the next two days, I will fall short about 380 minutes. Not too terrible but terrible enough for me. I'm going to have to kick it up a notch in December. If I don't make my December exercise goal and make it within 5 lbs of my year end goal, then no sexy New Years dress for me. I need to be firm with myself!:club: |
K guys, I know it's a little early, but we need to set up a December Excercise challenge. I was so inspired by this challenge, I absolutely HAVE to do it again. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Oh I am DEFINITELY in for a December exercise challenge. I just can't believe how motivating the November exercise challenge has been for me. I am so close to meeting my November goal... just 50 more minutes!

I am definately up for a December exercise Challenge. I have 100 minutes left to complete this challenge. I am hoping By Friday (Dec 1) I will be down to 163 to start the month off. (I haven't lost much this month :( , but 3 pounds is three pounds. I hope to increase next month to 5 pound loss. In my greatest dreams I hope to be down to 154 by the new year. But it seems my body is holding onto my fat more than I thought it would...but I am in this for the long Haul! If it takes me another year to get to my goal, (and at this rate it just may) I WILL GET TO IT!!!

Morning guys. I fear I will not be able to make my excercise goal, and that saddens me:( . MY FREAKIN' GYM IS CLOSED THIS WEEK!!!!! Aargh!:tantrum: :tantrum: :tantrum: If that :censored::censored: thing was open, I would definitely make my goal, but NOOOOO, they decided to paint it THIS WEEK, when I need to make every day count!!! Curse them!!! But my seester and I have been doing videos and walking this week, so at least we are getting something in. I think if I work out tomorrow morning along with the normal routine I might be able to. If not, can I add Friday? Pleeaasee? Have a great day every one!

Thanks Jeni, you're sweet. I use the gym in the mornings cuz it's in my apartment complex, and a lot better than walking around the "ghetto" that I live in, so when it's closed I can't add a workout in the morning. I can't wait to be where you're at!! You keep me goin.
