Nicoley and Lacerta congrats on your losses! and ange great job maintaining even on your work trip!

Kfunk It was definitely a crazy week and weekend getting my son ready for his training. Now he's there for a total of 9 days, now about halfway through. Graduation is on Sunday morning at 10 am in Illinois so my daughter and I will be taking a mini road trip to watch him graduate and bring him home.

TooManyDimples i'm still identifying with your frustrations of up and down. We are again side by side with our weigh ins! Hope you can soon get off the merry go round and see some progress!

Well, i'm back down today plus another low for me. I also was able to put on a smaller size and comfortably wear it! That's 2 dress sizes down and a wonderful NSV! I have 2 more dresses for summer that don't fit just yet but I was able to get it over my head and almost on so another NSV worth celebrating! Picked the first harvest from my garden these last couple of days, 2 yellow squash, and a zucchini today. Made a new recipe with the yellow squash, squash patties, that were outstanding. I've never been fond of squash or zucchini but fresh from the garden is the best i've ever tasted! Later today my daughter and I will be picking fresh blueberries for a friend that is out of town and she didn't want them to go to waste so free blueberries! Last time we picked at her house we got almost 3/4 gallon! Since my daughter and I are all alone until we go pick up my son we need to find something, not too expensive, to do for girl time. Any ideas? We are going to a movie to see something my son probably won't want to see but i'm not sure what else to do. I appreciate anything you could offer!

Will start up personals again tomorrow...hopefully everyone is doing well!

Sorry I've been MIA for a few days again...the reformatting bombed my original post, so I got frustrated and avoided posting. I've been tracking all along, though! Unfortunately, my body is still toying with me...went up to 171, then back down to 169.8, then right back up to 171. I was on course for hitting my goal in a breeze this month, but now I'm thinking I won't even be near it come Saturday. Praying for a whoosh to make up at least some of the difference in the meantime and staying on-plan. Went to the gym for the first time in a long time the other day to try jogging intervals on the treadmill, since it's just too hot outside right now. My stamina still leaves a lot to be desired, but I was able to keep up a steady rotation for about half an hour before moving to other machines to catch my breath...lol.

I ended up actually binging last night on all kinds of wrong food I have been nauseated all day so I just drank water today. Just now eating some toast and plan to go to bed early. I hate when I throw in the towel and eat garbage

nicoley no money at all from Diet Bet yet because you get no pay out until the end, but have 'won' each month along the way so got about $96 owing so far.

Ange Thanks for the information on your plan. I have tried to respond to your private message earlier in the week but I keep getting an error code. The information was helpful.

A little bump back up this morning, which doesn't really surprise me. I got peckish last night, so had a bunch of plain peanuts after I was going to be done eating for the night. Not a terrible snack, but I ate too many. I was hoping the swim yesterday would be enough to ward off any gain, but apparently not quite.

NSV yesterday: Almost all of my old wardrobe has been off limits since I gained weight a few years ago. Yesterday I wore a dress that I hadn't worn since before my weight gain, and it fit great! It's cut bigger than most of my old clothes, so I figured that would be the first one to fit well.

I'm up almost a pound on the scale today, but I know that's just water retention from more sodium than usual yesterday. It certainly wasn't calories related because I was at my lowest in a while yesterday, in the 1100's.

Catherine Rose - Hang in there!

Ange - So good to see you holding steady in maintenance!

Cattails - Awesome job this month!

Ophelia - Nice work at the gym! Good luck to both of us getting our annoying little bump off soon. I associate you with water and writing to you now is reminding me that not only did I eat more sodium yesterday, but I also got in less water than usual. I better do some chugging.

momtopands - Mmm, free fresh blueberries! That sounds like a fun activity to do too. Congrats on the low and the NSV; that's fantastic! Sorry, I don't have any inexpensive girls day ideas, but hopefully someone else can chime in. My go to is usually outdoor activities, but I'm guessing it's probably too hot in GA nowadays for that.

Kim - I think most of us have had nights like that. Hang in there! You're heading in the right direction!

Lacerta - So close to 10% down!

@ kfunk and nicoley and snowmama and lurkers (I seeee you )

Still nauseated this morning Going out to lunch today with my husband and youngest son. He is 37 today. He has been a blessing since the day he was born. I refer to him as my blessing child. He has always been wise beyond his years. Not sure if I’ll be eating but maybe just have some tea.
Congrats to all who have made their June goal and congratulations to all who continue to work their plan and not give up.

Not sure that this will hold for two more days, but I’m .2 away from goal today. It will be the first time that I hit my challenge goal if I make it. And I’m just over 1 lb away from the top of normal BMI range. Woo hoo! .4 lbs away from 25lbs lost. I consider that a win even if I don’t hit my goal. The clothes that I was bursting out of are now too big and I’m going to have to retire some of them. I’ve been looking at eBay to find some of my pants that I love in a smaller size. But what size do I buy in? #weightlossproblems

Cattails: Congrats on hitting your June goal!

Ange: Awesome job staying consistent overall!

Kim: I hope the balance of the busy schedule today offsets the out-of-window eating from yesterday and that you will have a successful weekend, as well!

Lacerta: Still a successful loss for the week altogether!

Chunkah: Congrats on the awesome NSV, and I agree that the bump up today will probably be gone by tomorrow! Here's hoping we can both get in that water to flush everything out ASAP.

Catherine Rose: I'm glad the bloat up from the binge is already coming back down nicely, and I hope that you feel better soon! It's amazing how quickly junk food can tear up our insides after not eating it for awhile. Also, I hope your son has a happy birthday and that the lunch you all will be having together is lovely, as well.

nicoley73: I hope next week will be kinder to us both!

SnowMama: I hope the scale cooperates and that you'll hit your goal this month!

JenyReddy: Welcome to 3FC!

Back down a little to 169.6 today. That technically means a 1 lb loss for Week Four, but it's only because I had a gain on the final day of last week. Still up from my month's low way back on the 17th. Still hoping for a whoosh before Saturday's weigh-in, but not holding my breath. Pushing through regardless, and I'll be heading to the gym again this afternoon to work on those jogging intervals.

Another 1lb disappeared overnight which I wasn't really expecting. I'll take it though, considering weekend is nearly here with its multiple opportunities to eat/drink more Great to read so many updates. Got heaps i'd like to add but should be starting work already, so i'll do some personals tomorrow when I have more time
JenyReddy - if you can't find a July thread it probably means there isn't one yet. They normally start on the last day of the month or the first day of the month, so keep an eye out in the next day or so. It'll be in the 'challenge' section.
CatherineRose - sorry my PM wasn't working, not sure why that is - all looks ok at my end. Happy to continue the discussion on here though Hope you enjoy your lunch out.
SnowMama - I reckon you're on a roll, so i'd go smaller than you think for the pants size. I bought a few things when I went from overweight to normal, but then they were too big within weeks!! It's the sort of size range where the clothing sizes (or people?!?) change quickly down through the sizes with just a few lbs between. You've had a great month. Hope you reach your actual target (not important, but satisfying )
