March Exercise Challenge
Spring into spring with a great exercise plan.
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. March goal: 700 minutes boot camp + 200 minutes walking

March exercise goals: Do 30m weights + 30m cardio 3x/week; Do 30-45m cardio 2x/week = 1000 minutes

March exercise goal - 700 minutes of intentional exercise. Meaning a fitness video.
If I have to shovel snow, I count half the minutes. |
March goal: 1000 minutes.

I really dropped the ball in February. Did not exercise much at all while doing the bone broth diet (but I did lose 10 pounds).
Back to intentional exercise in March: Goal is 600 minutes Mar10: 45 min outdoor walk (boy, am I behind!) Mar12: 30 min outdoor walk Mar20: 30 min outdoor walk (this is going to be a pathetic month!) Mar22: 30 min outdoor walk Mar29: 30 min outdoor walk Mar31: 25 min exercise bike TOTAL MINUTES: 190 |
My goal for March is 1200 minutes of exercise.

Yesterday I was lugging the vaccuum cleaner upstairs and it reminded me of our EagleRiverDee, last I remember she had posted that she had been downed by the flu, I hope you are OK Dee! thinking of you! :strong:

Exercise goal for March - water aerobics 2x every week. Went yesterday so counting it even though it was actually Feb. AND 5 minutes on stationary exercise bike every morning before work. Fighting through lots of pain with all the rain here. My arthritis in my knees and my myofascial pain syndrome in my left shoulder really make me want to give up but I know if I just start with a little bit I will get feeling better. Welcome SPRING!!!
