Hi, my March goal is 2,760 minutes. I lost my other post so forgive more than one.
I weigh 294, lost 30lb so far and current goal is 220lb.

March 2 and 3: rest days
March 4: 30 min treadmill, 75 min weight lifting. Total: 105 min
March 5: 15 min stationary bike, 60 minutes weight lifting, 60 min aerobics, 60 minutes weight lifting. Total: 195 min
March 6: 60 minutes weight class
March 7: 30 min stationary bike, 40 min lower body/abs weights, 60 min aerobics, 60 min free weight class. Total: 190 min
March 8: rest day
March 9: 15 min stationary bike, 60 min aerobics, 60 min free weight class. Total: 135 min
