Dec. 06 - 31 min. Shelly Dose cardio; 150 min.
Dec. 07 - 30 min. Shelly Dose cardio, 10 min. legs; 190 min.
Dec. 08 - 30 min. LS walking w/weights; 220 min.
Dec. 09 - 0
Dec. 10 - 25 min. shoveling = 10 min activity; 30 min cardio/abs, 40 min; 260 min.
Dec. 11 - 30 min shoveling = 15 min activity; 20 min dvd, 35 min; 295 min.
Dec. 12 - 2 hours pushing snow/shoveling = 40 min. exercise; 335 min.
Dec. 13 - 2 hours pushing snow/shoveling = 40 min. exercise; 375 min.
Dec. 14 - 45 min. Leslie Sansone walking and abs; 420 min.
YAY!! exercise that was intentional and not shoveling!

I think I'm in recovery mode. I hadn't logged a walk I took last week, so I'm logging that. If I'm still feeling ok after I get off work today, I will try to do a gentle workout. Maybe yoga or something, to ease my way back into exercising after the big bad flu.

Goal: 900 minutes
12/3- 50 minutes resistance training
12/3- 25 minutes cardio
12/6- 30 minutes strength training
12/7- 25 minutes HIIT Cardio
12/9- 22 minutes resistance training, 10 minutes stretching
12/10- 25 minutes circuit training
12/11- 38 minutes yoga
12/14- 22 minute dog walk
12/18- 30 minutes yoga
