December Exercise Challenge
Let's dance (and move in other ways) through the holiday season!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. My goal is 900 minutes again. :)

I'm going for 1200 minutes again. And, I'll try for 15 DVDs again -- I didn't manage that many in November, but I did some and it did help with the variety of my exercise.

November was a bust.
Starting fresh in December. My goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise. Slow start! Dec1: nothing but 11 hours at work and then 3 hours at the symphony! Dec2: 30 min walk to PO and back total minutes: 30 |
My goal for December is 650 minutes of exercise.

Hi everyone. Just starting back again after 6 months of relatively little exercise. My goal will be 600 minutes for December.
