Tuscany thank you! I'm really grateful for the support. It seems my drop is sticking around, yay! I just hope I won't have to fight this hard for every new kilo lost.
VickieLou please don't give up! Take a break, if you need to, but not for long and come back. I gave up SO MANY times in past, I know just wish I hadn't because even if I had been losing just half a pound every month, I would be skinny by now! But, I gave up, and I ate some more, and now I'm here, obese and really unhappy with my body. So please don't make the same mistake, gother your strength and push forward with us!

May 1: 108.7 I knew the yesteray's weight was too good to be true!
May 2: 109.1 Grrr, no reason I should be gaining. I stayed on the plan!
May 3: 108.9 No major change. Still sticking to my plan. I should see a drop really soon!
May 4: 108.9 Getting quite frustrated now
May 5: 108.6 This feels like a maintanance but I'm trying to lose!
May 6: 108.7
May 7: 108.1 Finally at least some loss!
May 8: 107.1 Now we're talking!
May 9: 108.4 And now we're not. Mind games but I am not gonna give up!

VickieLou: I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. I quickly caught your other thread and saw the worries you're going through with your Dad. My heart goes out to you and I hope all is ok. I don't know if any of this will help, but whenever I feel like eating something I shouldn't, I don't focus on how good I will feel when eating it. Instead, I try to imagine how I will feel 10 minutes after I eat it, and again in the morning when I step on the scales. There's a user on 3FC (don't recall who) who has a saying in her siggy, which reads "I've never regretted not eating something". That is so true!

PrairieQueen: When I visit my daughter in the U.K., the food is not the greatest (diet-wise) but I too do a lot of walking. I find the walking compensates and I typically don’t gain. I hope that’s true for you too. Where are you going?
