Welcome, everyone! I'll set up our initial list in a day or two, so there's still time to join us! Ronja, kilograms are fine -- I use kilograms because my husband bought our scale and that's what he prefers.
Good day everyone - hopefully this will be the month that I finally start to change. I loose a bit and then gain it all back by being silly. I need to really buckle down and get to work.
I'm in. I just joined the group last night as I was planning that today, May 1, will be day 1 of my life changing plan. My hope would be to lose 10 LBS in May. It's a lofty goal but I need to commit to a number and it seems I can gain 10LBs really easily so it's time to get the process working in reverse.
I have never joined an online forum before so I am really looking forward to this journey.
Happy to say that I'm down 1.2 lb of fluff since yesterday. Not sure what to count as my starting weight, as I still have a bit of fluff to shed. I guess I'll start with a round number.
I updated my ticker/stats in preparation for the work ahead. I usually post weigh-in amounts, but this time I'm posting weight lost. Maybe that will help drive me forward.

I'm going on vacay the 29th for 12 days, so I'm going to stick to a 4-lb loss goal since that'll be the end of weigh-ins until I return. I hope to lose another pound as a "cushion" for the trip though! I may have adjust as I had a 1.6 increase today due to a not-so-healthy, water-retaining meal last night.

I am new to the group and interested in joining. Hoping to lose 5 pounds this month. Trying to get to the gym 3 times a week, cook more at home, and make sure I'm eating healthy snacks. It's not an easy task with a busy schedule. Here's hoping for the best, and wishing everyone luck. If anyone has ideas for easy, healthy, packable snacks, please let me know!

May 1: 108.7 (+0.2) I knew the yesteray's weight was too good to be true!
May 2: 109.1 (+0.4) Grrr, no reason I should be gaining. I stayed on the plan!
The whoosh fairy paid me a little visit last night, and I finally shed my recent water weight gain! That certainly compensated for the fact that when I looked out of my window this morning, I saw snow/frost on the rooftops...in May no less!
