  • Goodness me, I am going to have to focus more on this (posting and dieting!). No posts for 2 weeks and have gained back into it now! If I end up back at the start of the month weight I'll be happy

    I'm just using My Fitness Pal to track my food. I am also working out 3+ times a week.

    Like Jb I use my fitness pal to track my food. WHAT I eat is kind of complicated as it took tweaking to figure out what worked for me. It started as kind of South Beach. But eventually I learned after playing with that and other things that I am best if carbs are between 100 and 150 and too low is much worse than too high. And I do a little bit of Intermittent Fasting but not too much.
