    I would skip it until morning. Nighttime scales are not friendly to me!
  • Goal
    I had a goal of weighting myself everyday, so I have to. I will do it once I get home x.x

    I know that every evening I am 1-1.5 kg (2-3 pounds) heavier when compared to my morning weight. So don't be scared if you see a higher number.

    Thank you ladies for your experiences with recording our weight. I actually realized I do the same with my ticker, I move it down when I reach a new number, but I don't move it back up if I know it's just water weight.
