ennay/Ronja: I totally agree with ennay's comment. I record both ups and downs but, psychologically, I ignore the ups, knowing they're just water weight. I guess I record them so I have proof that they always reverse!

Tuscany/RonjaI guess I used to not record them at ALL when there were ups, but now I do record them, but not here. Only in the diet log. And I update the ticker for every little new low, but not for any bumps.

I do that too! Although I only update for losses to the full lb., not quarters and halves!
