I'm starting Fitness Blender 8 week Fat loss Program (Meals/Exercise) and see where that takes me this month.
I bought a ton of fruit & veggies this morning, and did the first work out tonight. Problem is, my husband asked if I we could go to dinner tonight. I split my meal with him, but there was a TON of salt (and probably calories) in that dish! Expecting a rise tomorrow.
Mossy - I got measured one time, and I was told I'm actually 5'2. I pretended I didn't hear that and have remained 5'3 all of my life
