Joy let's us weigh in and post as we wish. I just started posting daily weights and calories myself because it seems to help keep me more plus it lets people new to weight loss see weight loss is not a straight line high to low thing nor do the scales instantly reflect the results of our calorie intake. There is a huge lag for most of us and it goes up and down independent of our eating. But the overall trend is downward for all that take in less calories than they need to maintain weight.
