I just realized that a week has gone by this month so I need to post.
Starting weight 235, goal for month, lose 6 lbs and cut down on late night eating.
Doing great with cutting out late night eating and the doggies seem to be ok with it also

Weight as of this morning 232, seemingly down 3. I bought some packages of cookies when at the store last Friday and have been into them too much..... so much so that they are all gone. So to put the kietis on that I will just not buy more. Most all meals have been mainly veggies from my garden.
