Okay, here's the deal. I am completely out of control and have to pull myself together. We were without a computer for about a week due to major crash. I am back online and need to get back on track. I was so happy to see some of my old friends - Woodstock and Big Fat Rooster!!!
At the beginning of the month I was at 158. I was 163.1 this morning. I am still wanting to make my original goal. Will be hitting the workout videos and fresh fruits and veggies. Will take any support and admonishments, as I need both.

I am so glad all of the summer birthdays/parties are now over.
Back to Counting Calories. I am actually impressed that I was only up about 1lb for this weekend. I must have done ok
boatingmommy I've come to believe after several failed attempts to lose weight that getting back on track whenever i gain weight or binge eat is the secret to have succes.
No soda yesterday...I had gotten back into the bad habit of drinking one almost first thing in the morning, and totally causing sugar cravings. I'm sticking with green tea for a while.

JenVitz - Those summer parties are killer! It should be so much easier to lose in the summer with the fresh veggies and fruits and good weather. But, it is always a time so jam packed with parties, graduations, Community events...and on and on.
