boatingmommy: glad your back! Fresh fruits and vegetables are a great way to go this time of year. Do you go to any of the Farmers Markets? Tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant...all so good right now.
I am taking a little detour Son had a baseball tournament that totally threw me off. Still under 140 pounds though . Now back OP and marching towards the 135 mark, still have plenty of time left in this month to get there. I seem to lose bloat quite easy, so I will stay OP, I should be there no later than early next week, maybe even before.

boatingmommy I'm so happy to see you here! I was away for a while too and I came to the conclusion that I typically make my best progress when i am recording statistics daily, so I'm back. Way to go to get back here and good luck with your goal!!! And thanks for the wishes!!!

Was still weighing but took a while to get back online due to the disgusting 6 lb gain in less than 2 days over the 4th of July. Only ate 4 meals, but none of it home cooked (ugh). Back on track. Whoo Whoo!

Thank you so much for the encouragement, it is so hard seeing everyone's successes when I'm not able to get my act together. I feel like a turd. But I promised myself I would see these challenges through no matter what so I won't give up.
I did everything RIGHT on the 14th and was rewarded with a 1.6 gain yesterday morning. Yikes? I didn't step on this morning because I didn't want my whole day tainted with bad feelings, but I ate and exercised really well yesterday and I will today, so I'll hopefully see a slight decrease by tomorrow. Hope, hope, hope!
I'm not sure if i will be able to lose 3kgs as I am planning... on friday i'll travel to my parent's and stay there for 10 days. Usually whem i'm there we eat out A LOT and mom buys really delicious bread, cheese, snacks, well... delicious everything! Both my mom and dad are thin. My mom is one of those people who can eat whatever she wants and never gain weight and my dad was previously obese but since he lost the extra weight he acts annoyngly obsessive about food. He looooooves to talk about what he is doing to maintain or lose even more weight and will skip meals even if we go7 to a restaurant. He also has a strange pleasure offering me and my mom food and i feel he enjoys when there's a person eating more than him at a meal. He will also calculate the amount of calories i'm eating just for fun without being asked, just to show that he has calories memorized... Love them a lot, but it is not easy to maintain my healthy habits there.
