BFR checking in. My PC went on the blink two weeks ago. Writing on tiny ph key order.
My goal of 6 lbs was met last week. Weight today 226, down 9 lbs. Hope more drops off during remaining month.
Keliphja, though as Joy said, it is not polite to examine a gift for faults (and I have been hearing that saying for over 60 years) yours is not a gift. You earned it though payday came upon you unexpectedly.
I hope to have a new PC soon so posting will not be a chore.
All of you are doing fine, you are losing weight and not gaining.

I'm having a few bad days: someone just hit my car and yesterday i got food poisoning. I'm not pucking anymore but i was so sick yesterday that i'm afraid of eating because nothing would stay in my stomach! Just drank half a glass of water without being sick, so i guess that's progress! I had to delay the return to my home and i'll be going away tomorrow instead of today. I haven't been weighing because we were at a small town nearby and there were no scales available. I have no ideia if i've lost, maintained or gained weight.
I see everybody is doing progress, even if there are a few steps back from time to time. When will the august thread be created? I have no idea how it's usually done !
On a positive note: i have a ticker now!
