I am almost halfway to my goal! Last week was rough; my dog was sick and had to have emergency surgery (he's doing just fine now!), and he basically needed constant care. Today was the first day in a week that I made it to the gym. I will get to the gym at least four times this week.
I also realized that I haven't been eating enough calories. I thought I had a "bad" week because I went over my limit several days, and I actually lost weight. Hopefully, upping the limit by a few hundred won't have an adverse effect. Trial and error, right?

Hi - I am Suzanne and just finished my first week on IP. I lost 5 lbs! My goal is to lose 30 by Sept 1, I think that may be doable!! Anyway July 14 was my start date so July is a GREAT month!
