Correction: I should have written Leslie Sansone (not Sansome). If you google "Walk Away the Pounds", you'll no doubt find some videos on You Tube and you can see what you think. She's very perky and motivational, and her walking videos are quite easy to follow.
Tuscany, I cannot thank you enough! I love her videos! I did one this morning. It was only about 15 minutes, so I kept walking until I reached 20 minutes. I then found a Part 2 to the one I did and so I may do them both together tonight. If I did them both each day, that would give me 30 minutes of walking a day instead of the 20 minutes I had set as my goal. I noticed she has a 3-mile walk with weights video and a 5-mile walk with weights video too. Maybe I can eventually build up to those. I am just so thrilled! I could hug you right now!
Jacqui: LOL! I'm really happy you like them, although I suspected you would. She's just so darn nice! And her routines are really simple...easy on the joints and easy to follow...great for those of us who are no longer in our 20's (or 30's, or ...)... Over in the exercise Forum of 3FC, you'll find a few threads by Leslie fans, if you're interested in checking out which videos seem to meet with the highest approval. Our town is having a huge pumpkin festival downtown this week and since I live just a couple of blocks away, I walk down. So, I should be getting plenty of walking in over the next few days. Maybe I'll be able to catch up on some minutes for the days I didn't do any exercise this month! I walked for 4 hours today, but I'm giving myself credit for 1 hour since it wasn't a brisk pace except for the two blocks to and from my house. I'm exhausted all the same!
