October Total to Date vs. Goal: 230 minutes vs. 2,500 minutes
I'm new here and would love to join in so that I stay motivated. I've been following this routine for 2 weeks now and want to continue, so these are my goals for October.
Walk during my AM & PM break at work
30 minute circuit - 3x week
Treadmill - 5x week
Visit the gym on Saturdays
October:
01: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.53 miles on treadmill
02: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.35 miles on treadmill, 30 minute circuit done

10/1: 40 minutes walking/ 5 minutes stepping/ 45 minutes completed
10/2: 20 minutes walking/ 85 minutes completed
10/3: I'm not counting this toward exercise but I was helping a friend move today and I was on my feet for hours, up and down stairs, out to the truck and back, carrying boxes and totes and furniture. That is the reason I did not walk or step today. My feet are aching, lol!
October:
01: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.53 miles on treadmill
02: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.35 miles on treadmill, 30 minute circuit done
03: Walked during AM & PM break despite a horrible wind. I went to the gym after work and walked 2.01 miles on the treadmill (40 minutes 53 seconds), then as an extra did 2 minutes on the elliptical. That thing is trying to kill me! LOL

Wow I did it goal: 120 minutes running on treadmill (5 mph)
Oct 1: Lvl 1 & 2 JM 30DS (19 left) and 1.75 miles treadmill (38.25 left)
Oct 2: Lvl 3 JM(18 left), 2.0 Miles(36.25 left) 5 min run (115 left)
Oct 3: 2.75 treadmill (33.50 left)

Today I so did not feel like walking or going to the gym, but I did it anyway.
October:
01: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.53 miles on treadmill
02: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.35 miles on treadmill, 30 minute circuit done
03: Walked during AM & PM break, 2.01 miles on the treadmill (40 minutes 53 seconds), then as an extra did 2 minutes on the elliptical
04: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.4 miles on the treadmill (28m 13s), 30 minute circuit
