I worked things out with Avezy44 who started an early October Weightloss Challenge thread and we're going to hop on over there on October 1. I'll put up a goal list that day so that it will feel like normal. Any one who is struggling with September is welcome to get started over there. For the rest us, let's finish this month strong!

Sorry I haven't been around this month. I am in over my head with my kids and their activities. I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off daily. I have upped my eating and cut back on workouts and have met and exceeded my goal for Sept.
