My Goal for May - to fit into that dress I saved for Memorial Day weekend
May 1 - ran!!
20 mins treadmill (increasing speed by .1 KILLS it yo!), 30 mins elliptical!! Thought of attempting 30DS, epic fail!!
May 2 - 20 mins treadmill (getting the hang of running
), 30 mins elliptical, weights (adductors, abductors, torso)
May 3 - 20 mins treadmill. 5 mins elliptical. (slow night cos of rush to match train schedule)
May 4 - 40 mins on the road.. running / walking (was soooooooo darn self conscious
)
May 5 - 20 mins treadmill (running is getting tougher with speed.. LOVE it), 30 mins elliptical !!
May 6 - stairs to 6th floor office, 20 mins running on treadmill, 30 mins elliptical, torso and lower back strength!
May 7 - stairs up 6 floors at work, 20 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical, torso!!
May 8 - stairs @ work & that's it
(i dont even know why i didnt go to the gym)
May 9 - 6 floors by stairs, 20 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical - felt powerful
May 10 - another day of zilch exercise!! (TOM) -> that's two days in this month I've slacked
May 11 - swept and mopped the whole apartment! I think I was sweating as much as I normally do after my cardio! but no gym today
May 12 - nada
May 13 - 20 mins treadmill (ran that extra minute - mind conquered !!!
) 30 mins elliptical !!
May 14 - 20 mins treadmill, weights (torso, abs, leg curls, legs press, chest - 3 sets 15 reps - not sure if this burns as much as cardio, BF says it does)
May 15 - 20 mins treadmill (the .5 increment in speed is killing me - need to conquer it) 20 mins bike, weights (adductors, abductors, chest, leg press, lower back)
May 16 - 20 mins treadmill (mind is still giving up on that .5
) 30 mins elliptical !!
May 17 - 20 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical
May 18 - rest day
May 19 - rest day
May 20 - stairs up to 6th floor office, 20 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical
May 21 - stairs to 6th floor office, 20 mins treadmill, weights - torso, lower back, shoulders, chest!
May 22 - stairs up 6 floors, 40 mins walk / run / walk around the neighborhood
May 23 - stairs up 6 floors, 20 mins run on treadmill
May 24 - long weekend flow
May 25 - long weekend flow
May 26 - 2.5 mile hike in smokies
May 27 - long weekend flow
May 28 - stairs up 6 floors at work, 20 mins treadmill, weights (torso, lower back, outer thigh, inner thigh, arms, chest)
May 29 - stairs up 6 floors at work, 20 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical
May 30 - stairs up 6 floors at work, 20 mins treadmill, 20 mins elliptical
May 31 - stairs up 6 floors at work,
