    I should definitely be able to meet my goal this month. I have a sitter on Thursdays and so will get runs in tomorrow and next Thursday, and I should be able to get another run in either Saturday or Sunday this weekend. I'd like to get one more in early next week as well, which would make for 11 runs this month. I'm already thinking about my goals for next month... I think I may set a goal of getting up to 3.5 miles on my runs by the end of the month, and squeezing in 30 minutes of strength training each week. Baby steps...

    No doubt you'll meet your goal chickadee! I'm impressed how you alternate your treadmill and outdoor runs. Do you find that this has helped you become a better and/or stronger runner?

    Saturday was my first outdoor run in almost exactly a year! (baby break) I prefer the treadmill, but used to try to get one outdoor run in each week. I've been too afraid to try again until my sister convinced me to go with her this weekend. In general though I think doing a mix of both is good for me, as they push me in different ways. I hope that I'll start doing more outdoor runs again when I get to the point where not every run feels so hard. Right now I kind of just survive them, lol.
