Well, today was not a good food day for me. I blame it on stress, and my lack of ability to deal with it lately. No wonder, I'm having a hard time getting to goal. I do great for weeks, and then blow it! What is that?!

I have been under the weather. So I have not been to the gym since Friday. We even went out for mexican tonight. Not sure how that will work out but it was good. I had broiled fish yummy. I even splurged and had chips/salsa.

I hope eveyone else is doing great. Only a few more weeks.

Hope everyone is doing better than I am.

Hi all!

sorry to be such a bad correspondent--have been slightly under the weather and not too motivated to communicate.

my plan is okay--no gain no loss. eating is okay but could be better.

Looks like we are all struggling a little bit.

Okay so my resolution to fix this is:

post here everyday no matter how i feel

focus more on eating fruit and veggies

take it one day at a time rather than being impatient for more results

okay folks this is it--4 weeks to thanksgiving--lets give it a good effort!

I too have been a poor poster. I finally got down to 230 again last Monday. I have been up and down about a pound all week. Last night DH and I had a date. A very rare thing because we don't have a sitter. THe girls Taekwondo studio has a movie night every few months. So we had dinner and a movie. I ate over my plan but didnt' really care. I had fun and it was not the end of the world.

In fun news my oldest won a costume contest for Pippi Longstocking. She was very cute. I will try and post more even when I am not loosing.

Hi all

yesterday went fine as far as eating goes--didnt take me hike tho--was very tired--still strugging with health.

I made some zucchini soup so that I have veggies ready to go--I like having something hot rather than a salad.

take care all and have a wonderful on-plan day!

Lishar, congrats on the 35-mile mark. Did you make that award-winning costume for your daughter?

Tyla, enjoy your classes!

Sno, sorry to hear you are under the weather. Don't push it. Vegie soup sounds like just the ticket.

Okay, I'll try to post, more too even if I'm not doing anything. One thing I REALLY need help with is staying OUT of the kitchen & AWAY from the candy bowl after dinner. I don't know what it is about the shorter days, cooler nights but darn the sugar comes calling. We shouldn't even have those Halloween treats yet but they followed us home from the store.

Why not taking the candy bowl out of the house?

Yeah--I couldnt handle having a candy bowl sitting around either-I would probably have the hubby hide it.

Yesterday went fine--felt like I really did the program, no movement on the scale but I think it will soon.

It is colder here and i definitely feel the call of carbs!!

cheers
