So apparently the key for me is not eating, or eating very little. 183.6 today. I have been really cutting back and it is working. I havent tracked my calories so I don't know the number. I don't eat all of my sandwich, no sides with dinner, Not much snacking. Plus the interval training. Run/walk.

The fact that I am getting ready to put my best doggie to sleep keeps me from eating much. All I want to do is cry. Thursday is the day..please send your strength my way. I am really struggling with this. This is my boy, been around for 13 years. Man it sucks.

Yesterday was a total failure. I had a headache so I didn't exercise and I ate everything that wasn't nailed down. Trying to just get through today.

Mindy - I am sorry about your boy. They really do work their way into our hearts and it is sad that we can't have them in our lives longer. Just remember how blessed you were to have him in your life for 13 years. I will be thinking of you tomorrow and sending strength your way. May your grief soon be replaced with wonderful memories. Take care.

Today's WEED -

W - 72
E - 20 min on treadmill (done)
E - 1200-1300 calories
D - stay focused

popcorngal-sorry about the headache :/ But today is a new day to succeed

Did well yesterday, but did almost sabotage myself again! I'm down to my old low weight and its kind of scary! So I'm going to keep pushing through and allow myself to succeed

Financially this week has sucked A bunch of my students have canceled so I can't afford to see my pt.....but instead I'm exercising on my own and doing well so far. I love swimming and its almost warm enough. Yesterday I actually swam a mile! made me super happy.

Aw Mindy, I am so sorry. It broke my heart when I had to put my old man dog to sleep last August. Hugs to you, we have to love them enough to let them go. Congrats on the weight though!

Dottington, holy crap for swimming a mile! Good for you!

PG, hope you feel much better today! As long as you are better for your Birthday!

Boy is it quiet around here. No waking at three am for a potty break, no barking for me to come help him. He actually closed his eyes and went to sleep. I will run and play with that boy again someday...until then I mill miss him terribly.

183 again today..and I even had a mini blizzard last night. Licking my wounds I guess.

Yesterday was my first good day this week as far as sticking to the plan. I had a great idea this morning. I normally weigh in on Saturday but I decided to weigh in this morning so I can enjoy my day guilt free. The good news is I was down a pound! Given that I struggled most of the week, I am thrilled.

Dott - I hate the bouncing scale, it can really mess with your head. Hang in there you are doing such a great job with working out.

Mavis - good job on the water. Did you do your crunches? I added in some ab work yesterday too. I need to do it more often because I can usually see a difference.

Mindy - our furry family members fill up so much of our lives that it really is a void when they are gone. Hang in there and try to focus on your good memories. I will be thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way.

Today's WEED -

W - 64
E - 20 min hopefully
E - day off for birthday festivities
D - try to leave at least a bite at every meal today.

Have a good day everyone!
