I'm joining in late. My goal for this month is 20 workouts.

7/01 - 3 mile run, 25 min elliptical (1)
7/04 - 35 min run, 15 min elliptical, 15 min arc trainer (2)
7/05 -10 min warmup run, 30 min ST, 10 min arc trainer (3)
7/06 - 35 min speed work, 30 min arc trainer (4)
7/07 - 45 min stairmaster, 10 min incline/speed walk/run (5)
7/08 - kickboxing DVD (6)

I know I'm joining in late but my goals for July are

1) Swim 3xs a week
2) Do yoga 3xs a week
3) Do strength training 2xs a week
4) Get off of the bus a stop early

So far:

01/07 - Rest day
02/07 - Great London Swim (1 mile in 32:40 )
03/07 - Rest
04/07 - Swim 1 hr
05/07 - Yoga 30 mins
06/07 - Strength
07/07 - Swim 1hr
08/07 - Yoga 30mins, Strength
09/07 - Swim 90mins
10/07 - Yoga 30mins

littlebumblebee: JM "6 weeks abs" five days a week, Pilates once a week
caitybates: Run 6x per week, Strength training 3x per week, Workout DVD 3x per week
dcapulet: 1300 minutes
GettinFit: Complete a Firm Express Rotation which consists of 4 workouts a week (I'm on day 3), Walk 3 times a week in addition to the Firm workouts
Matilda08: workout six times a week no matter what it is my goal is to do something almost every day
SBD_Sass: Focusing on missing ZERO days and keeping the intensity on the HIGH side for each workout
Ferumbras: workout somehow for 30 minutes three times a week
kurisitaru: Finish 30 day shred. (I'm on day 11), 480 minutes of cardio, 60 miles on bike
TooManyDimples: 30 Day Shred 6 days a week, Bike 100 miles per week, Do one additional workout dvd Monday-Friday, Zumba on Saturdays

I've been doing some weights as well, but they weren't part of my goals for this month... so I'm not adding them. XD
