Yep, just input your weight and voila! No need to tax your brain to do math! LOL! My next goal is to learn how to build pivot tables... HEE HEE!
Thanks for the welcome. I've been digging these forums. I use the WW eTools, but their community / forums are terrible to navigate. This place has been a lifesaver!
I am going to jump in here and add myself to the sheet. I have a total of 80 lbs. to lose but I think 45 by LaborDay is a reasonable goal.
98 days to go !
changed my goal to 150 by LaborDay. I know this is my first week and it is probably a lot of water weight but I am losing a butt load of weight this week.
So I tell myself that to get back on track I am going to join a new challenge to be Luscious by Labor Day. And that I have to check in everyday to hold myself accountable. And what do I do.....I disappear immediately and gain 2 pounds!!! Just goes to show I was right all along. I have added myself to the spreadsheet and put the gain. ()
Congrats to 101 days, doubtingJulia on the losses, sorry to the gainers, and looking forward to getting to know everybody! LisaP916, do I need to copy the calculations down the spreadsheet to my row?
It was a rough week. My boyfriend and I of 2 years broke up, i had a wedding to go to, and I moved back to Pennsylvania all in 4 days!! Lots of depressed eating, and happy wedding eating lol. I gained .8 pounds. I guess It's not as bad as it could be, so I'm going to keep on keeping on!!
Great job to everyone trying so hard!!!
Congrats to those who lost, Keep Pushing Through!!! to those who gained.
I've been MIA for almost 2 weeks now and am reporting with nearly 2lb gain (194lbs.) Had a scary moment last week after I came back from my vacation- bright red blood in the bathtub, apparently my cat has a UTI (not serious yet, thank goodness) and I also sprained my ankle badly so no exercise to counteract my eating for the last 2 weeks! I'm here and I'm ready to be back on track!!!
So last week was a good week - lost 1.5 lbs. But the holiday weekend wasn't so good... I got some exercise but there were just too many treats calling my name. But I'm back on track today!
I'd love to join in on this challenge! I just finished a Memorial Day challenge that ran since January, so this long term one fits the bill for me. I would like to lose 20# by Labor Day. Thanks for the spreadsheet, that is awesome!
Oh, goodness. I dropped almost 4 POUNDS in water weight last night after drinking a ton of water. Rehydrating is weird. I am hoping it will stay off as long as I keep hydrated and don't let that nasty water weight get stored again.
