Sorry guys, I didn't check in lately. Crazy times! Anyways, I updated the sheet and I can report a 3 lbs loss this week. Yay. I am very excited after a few weeks with no change.
I am 14 lbs from my goal of 250 by labor day :X im doing 100 days OP so I MIGHT make it we shall see. I think that if I can get to somehting rediculously close like 252 I will count it as making it to goal. My goal for jan first is to be to 225 or so. I am hopping I will be 200 or super close to it by march, that is when I started my journey and would be 100 lbs in 1 year!
I updated the spreadsheet. Only one pound lost, but I gained a couple of pounds this week or it would have been more. I really haven't even been on 3fc for several weeks.
I have officially made my 22lb goal today logging in at 179.8lbs!

I'd like to hit 175 by labor day now. 4 weeks and just 1lb a week.
I'm glad to see those of you who are sticking with this thread and having losses to post. Even if we go up one week it's important that we come back the next and stick with it
Dreamer- You are doing so amazingly well. You've already lost 20lbs on this challenge! 1-2lbs a week and just imagine how far you can go. I don't doubt you could complete your 100lbs in a year goal (which just blows my mind by the way )
I am like super emotional this AM. I hit my halfway goal today, I got into the 250's and 60 lbs lost today PLUS I am only 39.9 lbs away from 100 lbs lost! Whew thats a lot to say. The scale hit 259.9 today. WOowow
Ladies, you are ALL going to be luscious by Labor Day! Everyone's doing such a great job of committing to reaching their goals.

k0nfyo0zed, wtg on such a great loss this week. 8 pounds in 5 weeks is a pretty reasonable goal. Go for it
josey, 4.5 lbs in two weeks is awesome.
I'm down 2.5 lbs this week, which I'm incredibly happy about, since it was not a great week. We had a family emergency to contend with. Although I stuck to my eating plan and worked out everyday, my head wasn't in it as much as usual and I was afraid that it would reflect on the scale. It's great to know that this new behavior is becoming ingrained, so I don't have to focus on it 24/7 in order to find success.
Life has calmed down somewhat and I'm looking forward to a "normal" week. Let's all make it a great one!
Lost 1.4 this week, happy about that!! I fed my soul today instead of fueling my body but it was a very difficult day for me. It sounds so silly, but I finally sorted/priced all the baby girl clothes for a garage sale next week. I chose 3 outfits to keep. (If you don't remember or know, our baby was "certainly" a girl, after 5 ultrasounds confirmed, and tada!! he's all boy!) It's weird because I LOVE my sweet baby boy, but I feel like we forgot his sister or something at the hospital! Anyways, I need to move past this. I ate kettle corn and chocolate today as I plowed through all the clothes. I still have a few girl things to sort through, but mostly the rest of the house awaits this week.
Sounds like everyone is making good progress!! I can't believe we're so close to our deadline, just over a month away! I am confident that I will meet my goal of 198, that's only 6 pounds away!! Yay!!
