Good morning everyone,

Welcome Train & Mary

Pretzel - I'm sure you'll have a loss at your next W/I.

Missita - Congrats on your loss

I hope everyone else is having a great OP day! So far so good for me. I'm so excited to be in my second week of being back OP. It really feels good to be in control.

Don't worry Mandy that happens to me all the time. Even when I'm being super good with nutrition and water intake. I'll go 4 days with no change and then it'll drop suddenly.. then stay the same again.
I got some good advise on here. Stop obsessing about the scale. Just take an official weight once a week and don't worry about it the rest of the time.
Hope that helps

Mind another late comer? I've been involved in some short term challenges, but I think having a long term goal as well is a great idea.

Like many of you, I've been down this road before. I always start off great, then lose interest. I hope this time will be different and am taking some steps to ensure that, like joining a local gym. Being accountable to you guys and getting support during the rough spots should also help a lot.

Have a great day!

ETA: Would be nice if I included my goal, lol! I'd like to lose 30 lbs. by Labor Day.
