well the exercise is kind of on the wayside as of late.. i just cant wait to recouperate and get on track.. im sticking to healthy food and whatnot for now just so i dont mess up my healing process. i have been cleaning and organzing like crazy lately though. my parents are coming tomorrow ( weathe rpermitting) from canada and i cant wait! they are so exciting to meet the new baby.. and im so exciting to see them ( not to mention the help!) hehe hope all is well!! |

Thank you gardenerjoy!! I think the reason I really really wanted to do Insanity, was knowing that every two weeks I could actually take notice of my improvement, and I can't express the surprise when I see such a large increase in those numbers. Not to mention the overall BETTER feeling when I did the test. :)

Another one of those days where I worked out in the AM's. I got home exhausted, took a nap and had to wait until my living room was vacant. Which was very late. my back muscles are a little sore, which is different since its always my legs, abs, or arms. I don't know if I should worry, although I know a lot of the exercises I did today had to do with your core, getting in the plank position, and using your back muscles. 1: 40 Mins - Pure Cardio 2: 45 Mins - Plyometric Cardio Circuit 3: 35 Mins - Cardio Recovery 4: 45 Mins - Cardio Power & Resistance 5: 60 Mins - Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs 6: 00 Mins - Day Off 7: 25 Mins - Fit Test 2 8: 45 Mins - Plyometric Cardio Circuit 9: 10: 11: 12: 13: 14: 15: 16: 17: 18: 19: 20: 21: 22: 23: 24: 25: 26: 27: 28: |

And here's my February so far: 1. 3 walk + 5 gym = 8 kms 2. 3 walk + 7 gym + 3 walk = 13 kms 3. 3 walk = 3 kms 4. Friday = cook day! 5. Shabbat -- no walking 6. 3 kms walking 7. 6 kms walk (and I danced for 2 hours at a wedding) 8. 5 kms walk 9. 3 walk + 7 gym = 10 kms Total for February: 48 kms |
