imjust headed out to get my butt doing a dvd. my legs are a little sore from yesterday's dvd and that makes me feel good. i was feeling like these low impact dvds weren hard enough to get results.. but th eburn tells me otherwise! |

fauxtini: I agree with gardenerjoy - thank you for the encouragement! You're super upbeat about everyone's exercise, right along with your own! I vow I will learn to like exercise someday :lol:

I fell short of my goal in January. I ended up depressed and sick the last week.
My goal for February is 1,200 mins of exercise. I've done about 15 min so far. I still have a bit to go ;) 1.1.11 - 15 min done, 1185 min to go |

2= 65 minutes today. 60 step and 5 for hula hoop! 3= 60 minutes of step 4= 60 minutes of step Still going! Good job ladies. Just look at those lists grow!!!!! |
I'll be doing the same as last month:
Cardio 3X a week, ST'ing (strength training) 3X a week. Let's make February count ladies!!!! I'm counting 1/31 as the month since it counts as part of the first week. 1/31 -UB ST'ing 2/1 - HIIT (cardio--High Intensity Interval Training) 2/2 - LB ST'ing 2/3 - HIIT 2/4 - UB ST'ing 2/5 - 2/6 - Scheduled Day Off 2/7 - 2/8 - 2/9 - 2/10 - 2/11 - 2/12 - 2/13 - Scheduled Day Off 2/14 - 2/15 - 2/16 - 2/17 - 2/18 - 2/19 - 2/20 - Scheduled Day Off 2/21 - 2/22 - 2/23 - 2/24 - 2/25 - 2/26 - 2/27 - Scheduled Day Off 2/28 - |
I feel really good about getting to the gym 5 days in a row (including Mon 1/31) despite being sick with a cold. I'm hoping the scale is nice to me tomorrow morning!

im thinking i do need to up what im eating or lay off of the exercise so much though.. i go to the doctor on the 8th for my post pardum appt.. but im just nevrous that my breastmilk is decreasing already... and i dont want to mess up my healing incision. it's hard though.. because im so in the right mind frame to be hardcoring it! my body just doesnt want to cooperate. BUT that being said.... its friday! and im excited! my parents are coming next week for a few weeks to see their new grandson! and im sooo excited for the extra sets of hands! lol |

Fauxtini, how do you like the Biggest Loser power walk dvd? I've been doing various leslie sansone walking dvds and really like the walking at home idea.
