My legs were hurting and it took me forever to get going. Geez I hope all my days off aren't like that. |

UGH so excited! I did better in EVERY category on my second fit test compared to my first! 2:2~1~30 minutes mild cardio
2~2~30 minutes snow shoveling more to go! 2~3~40 minutes stepping 2~4~60 min shoveling 2~5 2~6 2~7~80 minutes shoveling snow 240 minutes for week one got in plenty of cardio met that goal. Didnt do my yoga as I couldnt get to the gym with all the snow. Friday I fell on my duff with a thud. So embarrassed!!!!!!! |
