Hey ladies,

Yep, I'm posting again! Record week for me! Work is starting to slow down a bit, major report was finished today. Had my annual review and my old boss loves me. Too bad I don't report to her anymore. New boss thinks I'm doing a good job, probably because I'm having to figure out everything myself.

Food has been good, had some fries last night, but regretted it today when I felt like total ick. Had to have coffee today, didn't get much sleep since Madeline hasn't been feeling well. Work has me stressed too, so it's hard to get a good night's sleep. Food was good today, didn't have time to snack.

Went to workout tonight and Jeff had a hard one for me. Here it is, if anyone else wants to join in my "fun":

20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats
Rest 3 mins, repeat 4 more times.

After the first round, Jeff said that I could cut those rounds in half, but I refused. I did the whole thing! Feels great to accomplish something I didn't think I could get through. Going back for more on Friday. If the weather permits (and I'm not super sore) I plan to go for a run tomorrow. More cardio this weekend as well.

Dance: Sorry you are feeling unmotivated - I know those days. Just have to do it, you'll feel so much better after you have it all done. How has your eating been?

Hey ladies! That is about all the energy I can muster up ugh I don't know what happened I was feeling so good, totally pumped then nothing. I'm so tired unlike the energizer bunny I can not keep going and going haha I think my Monday workout was a bit too much maybe I haven't really recovered. Ethan hasn't been sleeping very well either I think getting woken up 2-3 times a night is wearing me down. Poor kid he keeps dreaming that people eat him at first he turned into a pizza or candy and his friends ate him then I turned in to a monster and ate him poor kid what an imagination! I didn't workout yesterday at all. I went to bed early I was a bit cranky today but more tired then anything. I'm at that point where I'm sore and tired and I just don't wanna do anything! I feel like I'm having a 3yr old tantrum in my head. I managed to do just dance 2 for about half an hour I tried it with 3lb weights haha ya not a good idea lasted 1 song. Did some arm stuff I'll probably do some squats in a bit so I don't feel horrible tomorrow....boo I'm blaming it on Wednesday mid week is the worst day.
Maddiesmom good for you you are on fire! Push yourself enough for the rest of us k? I WILL get in a good workout tomorrow hopefully after a good nights sleep I'll feel better

Hey ladies. I will post personals tomorrow. Had a bad day, we got mexican for lunch. I had a chimichanga. Brought half home for dinner so bad food day all around. Our power was out for 5 hours today(230-730) so I snacked a little then too. I am gonna get right back to eating healthy tomorrow. Time for a workout. I feel kinda blah now after the food I ate.

Ok, blahs are over! Had a good day yesterday and went for an evening run with a good friend. Dyed my roots this morning which always makes me feel better And it's Friday so how bad could life be, right?

burgundy - mexican food can be a little too tempting. How's today going? back on plan?

marmalade - hope you caught up on sleep and aren't feeling low energy anymore - that's never fun. Your poor kiddo with his nightmares - hope they blow over soon.

maddiesmom - all hail to the workout queen!! Wow, that's impressive stuff! I'm not surprised at all about your good reviews at work. How's the new person coming along?

What's everyone up to this weekend? Anything fun?

Hey ladies, back on plan now. got in a good workout today. Got more snow so we stayed home most of the day.

I dont know what it is with me, but I told Chris the other day, I get to 49 lbs and then it seems like I self sabotage myself. I dont know what is up with that. I want to see 186 on the scale pretty soon. I will make it happen.

How was everyones weekends?
I'm still really wiped so I think I'm going to drop Ethan at school and go back to bed for a couple of hours. Hopefully I'll feel better by 10am.
No change in the scale last week I did loose another 3" I didn't really get in too many good workouts & my food was down way down I started tracking what I eat in FitDay again, I hardly got in 1100 cals/day last week which is probably part of the reason I've been so tired. When I get busy I either don't eat or eat out. I've managed not to eat out much so I really need to focus on making time to eat even when I'm super busy with work. It's a new week right?
Anyone have any workout plans this week? I think I'm going to shoot for 1.5-2miles a day which is kind of ambitious for me considering the last week but we'll see I'll give it a try

Marmalade-hope you feel better now. 3 inches is great, dont worry so much about the scale. My scale is still being stubborn and Ive been trying to stay away from it for a while. I need so start using fitday again. I used to all the time.

We had some friends over last night and played Just Dance 2. It is so much more fun with a group of people. We were all sweaty afterwards. Going to the movies with some friends tonight but I definitely get my workout in before I leave.

marmalade - woohoo for 3 inches - that's great!!

burgundy - I know what you mean about fitday and tracking. I used to be so good with dailyplate - I think there was a six month stretch where I didn't miss a single day *sigh*. have fun at the movies!

Am shooting for a run in the morning - we'll see if it actually happens. How are you guys doing?

Thanks dance! It must be from the muscle because I sort of slacked off last week *whoops* once a month I tend to have a weekly stretch of blahs. I read somewhere that muscles help burn more cals/fat when you workout so that's gotta be it

Got in a great workout last night I don't think I've sweated that much ever! Starting to feel the energy returning ate much better yesterday who knew food would help boost energy levels still felt a bit sluggish but pushed through it. Hopefully tonight will be the same MUST go to bed early having a really hard time getting the day started.

Burgundy what movie did you go see?

wow, quiet around here lately!

Not doing so good here but ready for the umpteenth time to get back in gear. I fall off the wagon so often it's ridiculous!! I have one month until our beach vacation so I really need to work on my squishy midsection big time.

marmalade - how are your workouts going?

Maddiesmom - what's new with you?

burgundy - sticking to plan? Hope so - too much fun to hit that big milestone you're soooo close to.

I am still trying to get my mojo back, once I get back into my routine I'll be fine. I took off 2 days so far this week, which is better then the 4 I took off last week I have to clean, bake a cake & get ready for Ethans Bday party tomorrow but I am going to work a workout in. My knees are really sore from the biggest loser dvd so I took a week long break from it might work it back in next week.
Getting back on the wagon is more important then falling off Hang in there you still have a month thats plenty of time to make a change. You are so close only 14 more pounds to go!

Anyone have plans for the weekend...I think I am going to not eat cake for starters If I decorate tonight I can get in 2 miles before the party & 1 mile sunday, maybe then I might have the motivation to keep it up next week.

Hi Ladies, sorry I've been gone again!

Last weekend, the hubby surprised me by taking me away for the night, got a babysitter and spent some time together. It was nice, and it was the first time I've been away from Madeline for an entire night since she was born (over 3 years ago). It was fun. We went out to dinner, went shopping, and just relaxed. I didn't really watch my Paleo diet while gone, but it was a special occasion.

Dance: You can get back on the wagon - it doesn't matter how many times you fall off, as long as you get back on! You have a month until vacation - you CAN do this. Have you been running lately? I'm finding my mile runs are taking more time than it used to, but I'm outta practice. We'll both get there!

Marmalade: You can get the time to workout tomorrow. How old is Ethan going to be?? Maddie turned 3 on 11/28. Kids are so much fun. Let us know how your workout goes. Don't let the blahs get you down - it's almost spring! Is it still super cold there?!?

Allison: How is everything with you? Still motivated and going full force?CONGRATS on 187! I wish I could love the scale as much as you do right now!!

Food has been decent, following the Paleo as much as I can. It's hard not having carbs and dairy! My downfall is still the low fat frozen yogurt, althought I'm trying to geth better.

Workouts are good - I've been going 3 times a week with Jeff and then doing 1-2 workouts at home during the week. Haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks - mostly because my clothes aren't fitting any different, but I do admit - I'm feeling stronger. I'm doing good overall, just wish I wasn't cheating this past week. Didn't get to the store, so I had the bare minimum to work with. Oh well, back on plan and super strict. It seems that is the only way I can get into a "groove."

Booked our trip to Disney for Sept - cannot wait! I think I'm more excited than Madeline. It's a shame we have to wait 6 mos, but that gives us time to bulk up our vacation fund. Anyone else planning vacations?

I promise to try and check in, but once again, work is still keeping me insanely busy. Still no help from my trainer, but at this point, I think severing ties will be the best. In a couple months, I hope to look back and laugh...

Gymnastics and shopping tomorrow, then hopefully a run in the afternoon. Cleaning the mother in law's basement on Sunday, so that will be some workout. Anyone else have plans??

Hey ladies. Quick check in. My laptop died so I am using an old laptop I have had like 8 or 9 years. It is so slow. Took me forever to scroll to the end of this page. I did read everyones post. I'll do personals tomorrow from my desktop. I have been on plan this week. I havent weighed the last few days. Ive been with the boys. Im hoping to see 186 tomorrow. Eating has been good and Ive been working out. Its finally nice and Im gonna start walking again .

I talked to the boys grandma and she wants me to have the boys more cos she is busy with her church and staying with an elderly lady. I had them the last 3 days and will Sunday too. So I guess I dont have to worry about that.

We're going to the casino for a few days next week for my SILs birthday. She wants to do lots of shopping. I just want some rubber boots. Our driveway is nasty muddy. They have a great gym there so Im gonna use that while we're there.

Hope everyones good. I'll post more tomorrow.
