Well, for me, there was really no workouts this week - fighting a sore throat and feeling all around crappy. I really wish when co-workers are sick they would just stay home rather than getting everyone else sick.
Got on the scale yesterday and I am down 1 pound - which I will take since it was TOM. I indulged a bit last night - had some ice cream from culvers. It was my only real cheat. The diet is still going well - 10 pounds in 2 weeks with TOM, I'll take it! It's back to the gym tomorrow and I hope to get at least 3 workouts with Jeff. I was scheduled to go Friday night, but Jeff was closing on his house. I really need to start working out - even if it's not with him. He just challenges me a ton more than when I'm by myself. But, I know he's not always going to be there, so I have to help myself.
Allison: You can get back on the wagon - it's so hard to keep track when you aren't at home. We both know that you know what you need to do. Think of how much better you will feel after one good meal, one great workout and then you'll want that feeling to continue, so you'll keep doing it. I have complete faith in you - YOU CAN DO THIS!

robably gonna be lean steak, turnip greens and Chris wants augratin potatoes, I probably wont have any of those. 
so I am feeling extra guilty for the nachos, yam fries and of course all the shooters and drinks...but I did stick with ceasers most of the night clamato juice and celery is good right hahaha ya not so much
Dinner was okay though had chicken breast on a ciabatta bread mmm good. Didn't get in as much of a workout yesterday 35 mins BLdvd and only .5mile/345cals. Didn't get in aworkout at all today just too much running around and laundry house cleaning and what not. Tomorrow I will be getting in a good couple miles/2500-3000 calories and I'll try for the BL dvd too at least 35mins. I'm up 2 pounds from yesterday but I think it'll pass quickly we snacked a bit late and I'm drinking lots of water today...hopefully it passes quickly 

maybe it's a weather thing sometimes in the mid/end of a really cruddy winter week I start to feel sluggish and during TOM I feel like I need to nap daily haha
If I didn't have an elliptical I'd want get one too they look pretty cool!
I didn't have lunch today I have a hunger headache now. I got too busy it was either work through lunch & pick up Ethan on time or be late. So no lunch I think we'll have an early dinner. I should do some spring cleaning I love love love spring cleaning! I don't know why it's just so much fun & I love to see everything organized
