I ended up making it to the pool, which was a relief because I had some cookies that weren't OP!

dangerouscurves, how in the world do you fit three hours of exercise into your day? And more importantly, how in the world do you do it? I just can't make myself keep going! I am impressed.

gardenerjoy: looks like that Wii Fit is getting a good workout! lol. Are you loving it?

MsP: good for you for getting in the swim. I saw that 75 min. run and it made my legs feel wobbly. Wow!

6/1 - Mostly a day off from excercise, as I was feeling a twinge of back pain and reinjury is not in my plans. I did take a leisurely walk with my kids to the grocery store and bakery rather than driving, so I'm counting that!
6/2 - 30 minutes of yard work - really worked up a sweat! 30 minutes on Wii EA Active.
6/3 - 26 minutes EA Active, 45 minutes WATP
6/4- rest day
6/5 - 30 minutes EA Active, 45 min WATP
6/6 - 46 minutes EA Active
6/7- rest day
6/8 - sick day
6/9 - sick day #2
6/10 - sick day #3
6/11 - 3 hours walking at Sea World

Hey Everyone, I know its already halfway through June but I figure better late than never I guess. I'm in school and working full time and just finished mid terms last week soooo This week starts the getting more active and working it in somehow.

New Goal is to fit in at least a 30 minute walk 3-4 times per week. I know it isn't much but thats goona be my starting point :)

Best of luck to everyone with their goals! Looks like everyone is doing great so far!

LouisaH: The Wii is fun! I'm astounded by my own consistency with it. In the next month or two, I'm going to need to add something a bit more challenging -- either some other games besides Wii Fit or start doing some of my videos again. But, for now, it's working great!

Hi everyone...I'm new to the forums and could really use a kick in the pants. I started out the year like gang-busters working out 6 days a week (turning 40 will do that to you! LOL) but recently I've been slacking BAD!! My June goal is at least a 55 minute work out for 6 days each week...starting tomorrow!

Ultimate weight loss goal is 30 lbs.

June Exercise Challenge

Hopeful8 - 1. 60 minutes of cardio 6x per week 2. Complete at least 1800 minutes of exercise 3. Strength training at least 3x per week.
eryn s - By the end of the month be able to jog the whole 2 mile track without having to stop, go to the gym at least 5 times a week, doing strength training on 3 of those days and Lots of walking!
Ms Perception - 1. Follow my marathon training 2. Swim on cross-training days
jakenamirgirl - 1. Continue doing P90X 2. I am doing a walk/run program, so I would like to be able to run for 5 continuous minutes.3. I would like exercise in the morning for at least 20 days out of the month.
eclipse - finish the Wii Active 30 day challenge on schedule
gardenerjoy - My goal for June is 1600 minutes.
Mellabella01 - My goal for June is to work out 5 days a week.
Matilda08 - get cardio on four times per week for an hour each. Also strength training and Id like to at least take one cycling class at my gym.

So I have to say I have utterly failed so far on this challenge. If it's ok, I am going to pick up where I left off and go for 500 minutes of exercise between 6/15 and 7/1.
