JUNE GOAL;
720 minutes of intentional exercise That works out to 45 minutes 4 times a week to get me back on a serious track! 6/01- (45/720) min 20 minutes bike ride (Hills of **** route) + 25 min walking at the property 6/02-(90/720) 45 minutes walking 6/03-(135/720) 45 minutes walking 6/04- 6/05- 6/06- week ! total= |

6/1 - Mostly a day off from excercise, as I was feeling a twinge of back pain and reinjury is not in my plans. I did take a leisurely walk with my kids to the grocery store and bakery rather than driving, so I'm counting that!
6/2 - 30 minutes of yard work - really worked up a sweat! 30 minutes on Wii EA Active. 6/3 - 26 minutes EA Active, 45 minutes WATP |

It's my triathlon weekend, so I'll get a nice "workout" Sunday during the event. Today and tomorrow are rest days before the race. It'll be nice to have real rest away from home, not doing housework and errands and running kids to stuff, etc....although we are tent camping and the weather looks questionable!

June 1: 1 mile walk, 20 min ellipticle, 10 min upper body free weights June 2: 45 Body by Jake workout June 3: 45 minute walking/sculpting video June 4: 45 minute ellipticle June 5: Rest Day June 6: June 7: I'm so sore today!! I need to take a nice long hot bath. I ate too much mexican though so I need to work off a few calories first. |

6.2: 50 min. aerobic/cardio 6.3: 50 min. aerobic/cardio 6.4: 45 min. aerobic/cardio I've pulled or strained some muscle and am therefore avoiding the Circuit Training for a few days. I am so behind in preparing for this camping trip that I'm certain exercising in the morning is out of the question. I'm doing a zip line tour in the afternoon, and hopefully will get some walking or frisbee or other such activity in. Sunday canoe trip--that and swimming will give me a little exercise. My goal is to exercise every day except Sunday on my cross trainer doing at least 1.5 miles, two times a day (so 3 miles a day)...
I've been doing quite well so far this month! I've only just joined this site today so will start logging from today! June 5th - AM 1.5m / PM 2m (Bonus walked .5m) June 6th - Rest Day but walked 2 miles anyway June 7th - AM 1.5m walk / PM 2m on cross trainer June 8th - AM 1m / PM 2m on cross trainer June 9th - June 10th - June 11th - June 12th - June 13th - Rest Day |
Ms Perception - Good luck on your triathlon! & LouisaH - Have fun camping both of you! I'm jealous! I've already expressed my desire to go camping this summer to my husband, we'll have to wait a bit until WA decides to let us have a summer! What is camping if not in a tent anyways.
