Everyone is welcome to join in! Here is the place to put all your fitness/exercise related goals for June! Any goal no matter how big or small is welcome anything that get’s you moving and closer to your weight loss goals! Be it just waking up a little early and doing just a little something for your body, to running around the block or taking a walk 3x a week, to x many minutes, to weight lifting. Heck even if you just want to make a habit of parking your car farther out in the parking lot, post it here! Everybody has to start somewhere, start here with us!

My fitness goals for June are going to be workout 4 days a week, elliptical and yoga all 4 and the 30 day shred on 2 of those days. Minute goal of 1300. I also want to try and get the family out for a walk or something active on one of our days off if possible!
1. 60 minutes of cardio 6x per week
2. Complete at least 1800 minutes of exercise
3. Strength training at least 3x per week.

I've been saying I'm going to start jogging for months now, I went for my first jog earlier in the week and shocked myself by how little I could run without being out of breath. By the end of the month I want to be able to jog the whole 2 mile track without having to stop.
I'm going to join the gym sometime this week- I want to go at least 5 times a week, doing strength training on 3 of those days.
Lots of walking! There's no excuse not to when the weather is as gorgeous as it has been round here.
1. Continue doing P90X (I am currently on a four day hiatus. I am going to have to force myself to do it tomorrow).
2. I am doing a walk/run program, so I would like to be able to run for 5 continuous minutes. (Right now, I'm lucky if I last for 30 seconds).
3. I have a tendancy to leave exercise down to the last minute, literally timing it so it ends a few minutes before midnight. I would like exercise in the morning for at least 20 days out of the month.
My goal is to finish the Wii Active 30 day challenge on schedule. So, that's 5 wii Active workouts a week. I'm already about a week in, so I'll finish before the end of June. I'll set more goals then.
Hello everyone Im new to this thread. Id like to join in and for this month my goals are to get cardio on four times per week for an hour each. Also strenght training and Id like to at least take one cycling class at my gym. Good luck everyone
I'd like to jump in on this thread since I'm part of the other one.
I'd like to complete at least 1000 minutes of exercise this month. Simple tasks such as walking don't count unless it's at a brisk pace and for the purpose of exercise.
I'm going comtinue going to Lean & Mean class at my gym 3 times a week; Pilates once a week (Saturday); and get 45 minutes of cardio in 5 times a week.
