06/01 -15mins walk on treadmill. 60 mins step sculpt
06/02 - 20 min walk on treadmill, 40 min body to pump class 06/03 - 06/04 - 06/05 - 6hrs of manual outside labor. Helping my sis build her home! 06/06 - 20min walk 06/07 -off Didnt make goal last week. Has such a busy week, my daughter has been having so many events that ive been attending and its been taking place during my workout time. Hopefully I have a better week! 6/8 off 6/9 60 mins body to pump |

6/1 - Mostly a day off from excercise, as I was feeling a twinge of back pain and reinjury is not in my plans. I did take a leisurely walk with my kids to the grocery store and bakery rather than driving, so I'm counting that!
6/2 - 30 minutes of yard work - really worked up a sweat! 30 minutes on Wii EA Active. 6/3 - 26 minutes EA Active, 45 minutes WATP 6/4- rest day 6/5 - 30 minutes EA Active, 45 min WATP 6/6 - 46 minutes EA Active 6/7- rest day 6/8 - sick day :( |

720 minutes of intentional exercise That works out to 45 minutes 4 times a week to get me back on a serious track! 6/01- (45/720) min 20 minutes bike ride (Hills of **** route) + 25 min walking at the property 6/02-(90/720) 45 minutes walking 6/03-(135/720) 45 minutes walking 6/04- zero intentional-getting ready for the craft show/housework 6/05- zero intentional-set up the craft show booth, tried to stay cool 6/06-(155/720) 20 min walk at show- not shopping! week ! total= 155 minutes - got to kick it up a notch 6/07-30-walk at work 6/08-30- walk at work 6/09-45 min gardening/weeding/barn 6/10-60 min barn duty/gardening 6/11- 6/12 6/13- |

Our power went out, for no apparent reason, just as I was starting my Wii workout last night. Let's see, how did we work out before there was a Wii? LOL!
