I want to get back to exercising three times a week. May was a rough month for me and life just kicked my butt. So I want to get back into the habit of doing three exercises a month, regardless of what they may be.

So, after being lazy for a few months, I've decided to get off my butt on back at trying to get happier and in better shape... Goal~ 1000 minutes!!! |

6/1 - Mostly a day off from excercise, as I was feeling a twinge of back pain and reinjury is not in my plans. I did take a leisurely walk with my kids to the graocery store and bakery rather than driving, so I'm counting that!

May I join? I'm in the last month of a Biggest Loser Contest at work and need to be especially accountable this month.

Thanks Meow Mix for posting and tracking for us. I did great on May's exercise challenge, only missing two days of working out for the whole month, but the weight loss didn't reflect it, unfortunately. I'm going to up my challenge from last month's stated exercise challenge and say no more than one day off per week.

Hello all you exercising Chick-a-dees!!! For me exercise is key, and always has been how I lose weight, and feel better. So This thread is so important to me. THankyou for keeping it alive and well!
For my June goal, I will try tracking in minutes, because I will be doing a lot of gardening, and Jet skiing and can't track in miles easily. Soooooo JUNE GOAL; 720 minutes of intentional exercise That works out to 45 minutes 4 times a week to get me back on a serious track! 6/01- 45/720 min 20 minutes bike ride (Hills of **** route:devil:) + 25 min walking at the property 6/02- 6/03- 6/04- 6/05- 6/06- week ! total= Good luck to everyone, THis is doable! |
