Okay. I have to get used to this as my "official" weigh-in day is Monday. On Monday, I had lost 2.4 pounds.

May 1 - 231.8
May 8 - 229.4 (-2.4)

#1. Plan: I am doing Richard Simmons Food Mover with 1800 calories a day.

#2. Exercise: 630 calories a week which breaks out to 90 minutes a day.

#3. Relaxation: Two hours a day doing something I like such as reading a book, going to the library, or walking in the park.

#4. Water: 450 oz a week which breaks out to 8 cups a day. I just bought a new water bottle for $1. Really cute and pink. Even recently I have not been getting my water since I have been traveling a lot and have not had anything which to hold it but that isn't a problem anymore. I also have a thermal bag that I can keep it cold when I do travel.

#5. Declutter: My car! It looks like I half live in it. Going out right after I finish up with this to do just that! lol

#6. Pamper/Grooming: Each week I will do a facial scrub and soak my feet. I don't do this enough and I have all the supplies for it so it doesn't make sense for it to just go by the wayside. Will do my first facial scrub tonight after I shower.

#7. I vow to work on my anger and to stop being impulsive about certain things. I will start doing yoga again for this very purpose and not be so wound up about certain things.

#8. Motto/Mantra: I am not good at this but I think mine is "just never stop". My problem came when I stopped working out because I was facing really tough and difficult times so I stopped working out and eating properly. I did that twice when I was having really tough times in my life and ended up one time weighing almost three hundred pounds and another time I actually did weight over 300 pounds so regardless of whatever happens in my life I will just never stop doing what is right for me to do.

#9. Goals: I am now at 246. Ran into a little plateau but broke through it (finally. Yay me). Summer is coming up and though I might not be posing in a bikini on the beach, I would like to be at least in my 230s by June. That plateau really messed me up but I am over it and moving on. Even if it's 239 I will be so delighted!

#10. REWARD: Rewards? What's that? LOL. I cannot wear any of my current clothes comfortably. At the end of each month, I will buy a new (smaller) dress and maybe a new bracelet or some type of cosmetic jewelry to go with it. I saw one in Wal-Mart but was afraid to buy it because the first thing I grabbed was my old size. I gotta stop that. lol. I think when I lose one more pound, which will put me at the 70 pound mark, I am buying the dress. It was only $14. Before I used to spend that on a lunch binge. (Thank goodness those days are over!). I am looking forward to this. It will keep me accountable. Thank you so much!!!!

Loss of 1.8!!!

I finally reached a weekly loss of more than 1 lb!! And this was with very minimal exercise, I can't wait to see what happens the next 3 weeks when I start my strict exercise plan. Last final is tonight, so I start the exercise plan Monday.

This is funny, because I went as low as 106.6 and as high as 110 throughout the week, but I ended up exactly the same. Maintenance is GREAT at this point, though. With all the stress and changes in my life at the moment, I am ecstatic.

Monday is usually my weigh in day aswell. Last time I weighed myself I was 194. Someone yell in my face I need motivation! I SO wanna get under 190. ughhh.

I should be losing this week and for some reason I am not. Maybe it has to do with the fact that all i did this week was walk/jog with my frien. Maybe that wasn't enough. I did Jillian's Cardio DVD tonight, so we'll see if that helps.

I just wanted to encourage everybody to stay on plan! I know weekends are tough for nearly everybody. A freind came and took my boys for the day, so I am getting ready to tackle some major housecleaning! Everybody have a great day!

That's so funny...my signature nail color is a dark purple, however for the last few days I have been sporting a french.

I went really well for the first week, calorie average 1421cal, exercise 450min, lost 1.2kg (2.6lb). Then I had a massive weekend, which I don't regret as I had an awesome time (well, I do regret the packet of twisties at 2am), but am going to see a hit on the scales, and I'm going to have to work hard to get the average back under 1500cal. I'm slowly getting the house under control, which was lucky, as I had a surprise visitor on Friday night.
