Melissa, I also think its a good idea to have the person who loses the most weight start the June challenge. My vote is YES.

WI: Day 1 of challenge 137
Last week 138
Today 135

So down 2 so far for this month.

OP today with 1 hour of workout included.

Going to be in the 90's here this weekend. Going to try and get lots of housework done and in the cooler morning and evening some stuff in the yard and take my little boy to play outside. I just love the weekends.

Montecristo - Congratulations on making so many changes. Isn't it amazing how good it feels when something that was messy is now clean! I've got to attack my house again - it wasn't to bad on Thursday, but now it's decending back into chaos.

Just got back from my first ever body combat class. Oh my. It was full on, I made it, just, but afterwards I had to sit on a bench outside for 10minutes until I stopped shaking, so I could safely drive home. Gonna try and go again on Monday!

I got some bad news yesterday and totally ignored anything on the bootcamp. Today I'm feeling better and ready to keep going.
I didn't get up early enough to do my morning workout, but I'll be sure to get something in today.

Hey all, so Been to a wedding today, was good, food was good actually as the bride is a long standing slimming world goer, and decided on buffet finger foods, some was bad - ribs and bbq chicken, i didnt have any, but there was grilled chicken, potatoes, salad, salmon kebabs, so I went all healthy, well, till desert came, mmmm chocolate brownie, but it was small, so was good, and I drank fresh orange juice, so all in all I feel really good about it.

Mel - Question - What day is weigh in, cos I like to try n just weigh in once a week, as Im used to following the g2009, but if this day is different I am happy to do it twice, just so I know.

Yesterday was a good day, although I've only exercised twice this week, I have been on my feet for about 7 hours solid every day - would you count this as anything? you think I will be burning any significant calories? I never used to move.

Anyhoo, looking forward to tomorrow, planning a nice walk with the pooch and maybe spending a little time with jillian - if she asks nice hehe, i wish she was really my trainer - dang I would be fit.

Oh well have a great weekend girls

Koshi

My book arrive (the New Rules of Lifting for Women). Already started reading it. So, hopefully on Monday, I will have started my "bootcamp" portion of this month!

My computer is giving me a bit of grief so I couldn't post my numbers till now.

May 1st 248.8

Today 243.6 down 5.2 pounds!!

I took my children to a fishing derby today and I walked back and forth to the car as much as my legs would carry me! Tomorrow back on the treadmill again!
I'm off again before this box acts up again. :-)

Hey everyone---
Sounds like a good idea about whoever looses the most weight starts the next challenge. I am on plan today, although I could have excerised more. I did the 30 minute shred today. Its getting a little easier. I have a gym in my building so I really had no excuse for not going. But- I will be there first thing in the morning. I wanna do some work because my weigh in is monday :O. Im a little nervous I dont think I went off board to much this week. Besides the extra whole wheat bread I ate yesterday (homemade, delish!).

I dont think ill reach my goal of 184lbs... but 13lbs in one month is a little excessive. Next month definitely will be a little more realistic and patient with myself. Ill be happy if I get out of the 190s this month! I know once I get out of it- I wont be returning!

I think you've done a wonderful job running this bootcamp. Gave us all alot of things to think about and plenty of motivation! Thank you very much

I have been really struggling with the scale. It would not move despite all my hard work. I have been more conscious of eating enough calories the last several days. Yesterday and today I weighed in a t 198.4, down about 2 pounds. I am stoked. i just hope this downward trend can continue.

I did WATP Friday night, jogged 2 miles yesterday so I think I will do some strength work today. If only my weekend wasn't so hectic and filled with a gazillion things. Sure can't wait for summer so I have some time to myself.

Have a great, rest of the weekend girls.

I'm back, after my computer died. And no access to 3FC at work - apparently we're a "social group" so therefore blocked. Bummer...

So I'm not even sure what my goals were! I've been running, and counting calories, and cleaning the house. Apart from that who knows.

Starting again! Cheers chickies.

Weigh ins are Friday...and I don't track weigh ins so if that doesn't work for you just weigh in whenever...

Also good job at the wedding...social events are my downfall

Good job on the loss.....don't worry about that stupid scale! If you have been doing well and feel good that is all that matters! Just keep up the hard work and dedication...it will pay off

weighed in today and of course I'm up....GRRRRR...I'm kicking it in to high gear!!!! (I thought i was in high gear before but apparently not!)

QOTD: I have a hard time right after work. I am starving for some reason after work. So I usually splurge and it is worse when I am home because my boyfriend, who is not soo supportive of my weight loss, always has chocolate, chips, candy...all the things that I have a REALLY hard time staying away from. So this week when I get home from work I am going to do one of two things.... 1. take the dog for a walk or get on the elliptical or 2. start cooking dinner

I weigh on Mondays, so here is my update

Starting Weight - 156.0lbs
Current Weight - 155.0lbs
Loss - 1.0lbs

Not a huge number, but I'm okay with it for now. Hopefully I'll do a bit better this week.
