Today I weighed in at 186.6. That's a loss of 1.4 since last week. Congrats to everyone on their losses!! I've been doing real good about staying OP. Even have bumped up my exercising lately. ( In the beginning didn't exercise much, but worked up to doing it)

I took my butt to the gym and did 30 mins on the bike!! I'm very proud of myself!! Lets see if I can keep it up!

I got my butt in gear and did my 3FC 5 k this morning. Took me a whole hour (well, 57 minutes.) because I am soooo out of practice. I wogged it on the I feel so much better too! I LOVE exercising!
Yippie! I weighed in this morning @ WW and lost 3.4.
16.6 to go!!!
Have to take daughter to gymnastics now....I will check in later.

I hadn't weighed myself in like 3 days and expected to see a pretty big drop...but instead I got nothing! I'm still the same 190 lbs I was 3 days ago. The tragic part is I'm doing really good on my diet and exercise too. ; / I dont understand. Well I'm gonna exercise a little harder today and add an hour of walking. Congrats on everybody's losses!

Dont be so hard on yourself!! Its only been 3 days. Our bodies are very complex things and sometimes they dont react how you want them to. Just keep up the good work! Keep eating right and working out and your body WILL respond! make sure you are eating enough calories to sustain the exercise. If you dont fuel your body enough you will not lose.

Guess what?!! 2 days in a row of dragging my butt to they gym!! I stop there on my way home from work and just DO it!! I went 40 mins on the bike tonight!! Yay!!!
