Hi! Today is May 16th ... by Memorial Day May 25th, I had planned to be down at least 9 pounds. I am 4 pounds past my goal with 9 more days to go! Yay!
I have switched over to Atkins from calorie counting and the low-carb way has been helping me tremendously. I'm actually ALSO counting calories just to make sure I don't go crazy.
I like that I'm below my goal for this challenge, and I'm not going to change it because it feels good. I WILL stay on plan, though. Thanks to all!
