10 lbs is great and yes! I like to check in everyday if I can but ya don't have to. Once a week is fine, just check in and let us know how you're doing.

I'm struggling with the lazies this morning. it was 84 degrees two days ago, and now it's 40, and cold and wet, and I am having a hard time motivating myself to go out in it and head to the GYM! Someone come kick my butt please!
