YAY! You go girl! I didn't exercise, but it did help me stay OP wit the calories. and I cleaned my house and did laundry too. I've been such a lazy heffer lately. lol If my tummy and sinuses are better tomorrow, I'll get my butt back in the GYM!

I hope you girls also use this thread to come in and vent your struggles and support those of us that are struggling. it's all about support! So when you want to head to the fridge, come here instead and together we can try and change those behaviors.
